Hagan Bespoke company, led by Tristan Wallis completely refurbished my mews house to a very high standard. Throughout the project, the team provided invaluable guidance on design, products and suppliers. Crucially, regular invoices and statements enabled one to control the budget. Mr Wallis was contactable at all times; his knowledge, patience and attention to detail were all exemplary, and I recommend this firm unreservedly.

When we were looking for someone to lay a new patio, Tristan was suggested to us. He provided an itemised quote for the work that we thought was reasonable. He and his team worked in challenging conditions (persistent heavy rain) to do the groundwork and keep on schedule. Overall the work was completed to cost. We are delighted with our new patio area and several of our league opponents have commented on how great it looks. We would happily use Tristan again and have already talked to him about another piece of work we are considering.

Tristan re-pointed our patio as well as giving it a good clean. He did a great job and we are so pleased with it. He gave us advice about products to use, kept us updated during the project and was tidy and friendly throughout. It was a pleasure to have him at our home.
